Return Policy

We want you to love your online purchase from TEEBROO! If for any reason you are unsatisfied or would like a different size, you can return the item/s you’ve purchased if:

- It has been 7 days or less since you received your purchase;
- The item(s) is unworn and unwashed;
- The item(s) is in new condition / as received; and
- The item(s) have all original tags attached.
TEEBROO cannot issue a refund/exchange if more than 7 days have passed since your received your purchase.  TEEBROO reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. TEEBROO Designs reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been shipped back within 5 business days of return approval. All packaging must be included in your return. 

We do not issue refunds or resend orders for incorrect addresses, refused shipments or shipments that are not picked up by the receiver. Please note that if you refuse/do not pick up your shipment the parcel will not be sent back to TEEBROO.  

We do not offer refunds on marked-down items or sale event purchases including sitewide discount codes, store credit or exchanges only unless indicated as a final sale. Discounts used on 'sale section' items are final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for a refund/exchange/store credit.  If you receive your item in faulty condition, please contact us immediately.  We do not offer refunds, or store credit for our charity Trees Please tee as donations are transferred to each charity. We can offer exchanges for a different size of the same product.

All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs for Canadian return labels ($14.95 CAD will be deducted from the refund). International shipping costs of a return are not covered by TEEBROO. TEEBROO is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address. We cannot accept any international returns sent with couriers such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS that have duties associated with them - please ship your return with your local post office only.  

Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified via the email we have on file. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund.

To make an exchange, please request a return by mailing us on support@teebroo.com. You can purchase the new size/colour/style you're after to be shipped out immediately. Due to the limited edition nature of our merchandise, we cannot hold items waiting for the original item to be returned. the return cost of the product has to be paid by the customer only since the mistake was done by him/her self.
